Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Systara's services (systara.in, motion.systara.in, and related subdomains), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Systara provides cloud-based software products for Indian businesses, including but not limited to transport management (Systara Motion), business analytics, and HR/payroll tools. Services are provided "as is" and may be updated or modified.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete registration information
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
One person or entity per account unless explicitly authorized for multi-user plans

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
Upload malicious code or content
Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of any content you upload or create using our services. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

6. Payment Terms

Free tier: No payment required, subject to usage limits
Paid plans: Billed monthly or annually as selected
Payments processed via Razorpay (subject to Razorpay's terms)
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
Failure to pay may result in service suspension

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No pro-rata refunds for partial months

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Systara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on the website at least 30 days before taking effect.
