Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Tier
Systara's free tier products require no payment and therefore no refund applies. You may stop using the free tier at any time.
2. Paid Subscriptions
All paid subscriptions come with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.
3. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@systara.in
- Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the free tier
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after downgrade, after which it may be deleted
4. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Within 7 days of first payment: Full refund, no questions asked
- Service unavailability: If our service is unavailable for more than 72 continuous hours due to our fault, you are eligible for a pro-rata refund for the affected period
- Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly (duplicate charges, wrong amount), we will refund the excess amount immediately
5. Non-Refundable
- Partial month usage after the 7-day refund window
- Services used during the billing period before cancellation
- Add-on features consumed (e.g., extra storage, if applicable)
6. Refund Process
- Contact us at hello@systara.in with your account email and reason for refund
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method via Razorpay
- Bank processing times may add 3-5 additional business days
